The Equal Opportunity Cell (EOC) of the University of Delhi, in relationship with the NTPC, leads transient endorsement courses.

Qualification

I. Courses I, II and V are interested in any individual with handicap (PwD) and the understudies and the instructing/non showing staff of the University of Delhi.

II. Course III is open just to the PwD/SC/ST/OBC applicants at the University of Delhi.

III. Course IV is interested in the PwD understudies as it were.
