Well rtecentt ly the NTPC has a recruitment for the Assistant Chemistry Trainees and the qualification was the M.Sc in chemistry but the last date to apply was the 29th Feb 2016

Assistant Chemistry Trainees (ACTs) Eligibility

You should have M.Sc in Chemistry from recognized Indian University/Institute recognized

Must have passed the exam with at least 60% marks in aggregate.

For SC/ST and PwD, candidates with pass marks in qualifying exam are eligible to apply for the post

Maximum 27 years as to apply

Salary offered

Applicants will be placed in the pay scale of Rs.20600/- per month, with free bachelor accommodation and medical facility for self, during one-one training; training in the pay scale of Rs.20600-3%-45600 (E1 scale)


The selected candidates who belong to Gen/OBC Categories will be required to execute a service agreement bond of Rs 1,00,000/- (Rs 50,000/- for candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwD categories)

Way of application at the time of recruitment(now over)

Applicants belonging to General/OBC category have to pay non-refundable application fee Rs.150/- through State Bank of India in a specially opened account at CAG branch, New Delhi, on behalf of NTPC.

The SC/ST/PWD candidates are exempted from registration fee
