Re: Number Of Gap Between Attempts Of GATE

Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering is an all-India examination there is not such criteria of gap for attempt in GATE exam . Also there is no limit of attempt .

GATE Eligibility Criteria:

Qualifying Degree requirement:

B.E./B.Tech/ B.Arch/ B.Pharm (Post-Diploma/ Post B.Sc./4 years after 10+2).

Or

B.S (Post-Diploma/ 4 years after 10+2

Or

M.Sc./M.A./ MCA or equivalent

Or

Int. M.E/ M.Tech(Post BSc) (Four year programme)


Int. M.E./M.Tech or Dual Degree (after Diploma or 10+2) (Five year programme)

Or

Int. M. Sc/ Int. B.S.-M.S.(five year)

Or

Professional Society Examinations (equivalent to B.E/ B.Tech/B.Arch) recognized by MHRD/ UPSC/ AICTE (e.g. AMIE by Institution of Engineers-India, AMICE by the Institute of Civil Engineers-India)
