MBBS Education in Punjab:

-The state of Punjab has 10 MBBS colleges that are offering education with approval from the Medical Council of India and with affiliation from the Baba Farid University of Health Sciences.
-Of these colleges, 3 colleges are offering education under the control of Government of Punjab and remaining 7 colleges are functioning under the ownership of different trusts in Punjab.

Total number of seats for MBBS in Punjab:
The total intake capacity of the 10 MBBS colleges functioning in Punjab is 1145 seats
- Among them government college seats is 350 and remaining seats are the seats in private MBBS Colleges in the state.
