Re: Number of Seats in IIT JEE
The Indian Institutes of Technology Joint Entrance Examination (IIT-JEE) is a yearly designing school placement test in India. It was utilized as the sole affirmation test by the 16 Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) and Indian School of Mines Dhanbad (to be changed over into IIT). This year i.e. 2016 9,784 seats will be accessible in the all the 17 Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) including the Indian School of Mines, Dhanbad. there are sixteen IITs in Bombay, Delhi, Kanpur, Kharagpur, Madras, Guwahati, Roorkee, Hyderabad, Patna, Bhubaneshwar, Ropar, Jodhpur, Gandhinagar, Indore, Mandi and Varanasi. Of these 16, 10 were set up after 2004. India got various types of help for the setting up of a portion of the IITs. The details of the seats in different disciplines at IIT’s are attached in the belo file IIT Seat Allocation Discipline wise |
