About P.U. Regional Centre - Ludhiana
The Panjab University Regional Centre, Ludhiana was in the beginning started as a Panjab University Extension Library in the year 1959 to cater to the requirements of the intellectual residents of Ludhiana for a quality library where one could get good books and a quiet place to study. The Panjab University Chandigarh, the University Grants Commission, and the United States Embassy in India contributed to the setting up of this library.

Note down your Login Id and Password.
Take print out of bank slip.
Deposit fee using website generated bank slip at any SBI branch, minimum one day after printing of bank slip.
Login again after 24 Hrs. of depositing fee and upload scanned photograph, signature, fill other important information.
Take print out of the application form and submit/send it along with the required documents to the address mentioned on the print out of the application form.
