UPSC CAPF paper consist of two papers one of General Ability & Intelligence and another of General Studies, Essay and Comprehension Here I am providing you paper of Both Syllabus of UPSC CAPF paper General Mental Ability • Logical Reasoning • Quantitative Attitude • Numerical Ability • Data Interpretation General Science • General Awareness • Scientific Temper • Comprehension and appreciation of scientific phenomena of everyday observation including new areas of importance like Information Technology, Biotechnology, Environmental Science. Current Events of National and International Importance:- Current affairs of national and international importance in culture, music, arts, sports, governance, industry, development, business, globalisation and developmental issues. Indian Politics and Economy • India’s Political System • Constitution of India • Social System and Public Administration • Economic Development in India • Regional and International Issues History of India • Indian Independence Movement and British Government • Religions (Islam,Jainism, Maratha, Buddhism, Hinduism, Sikhism) • Religious organizations and related personalities • Mughal Empire India and World Geography: This section will contain questions about physical, social and economic aspects of geography pertaining to India and the world. Part II: General Studies and Comprehension Part-A – Essay questions are long answer which are to be answered in either Hindi or English totaling 80 Marks. The indicative topics are modern Indian history especially of the freedom struggle, geography, polity and economy, Knowledge of security and human rights issues, and analytical ability. Part-B – Comprehension, other communications/language skills – to be attempted in English only (Marks 120) The topics are Comprehension Passages, developing counter arguments, simple grammar and Other aspects of language testing. |
