University of Patna conducts Master of Education Entrance Test MEET exam for admission to Master of Education (MEd) course in the University.

Number of Seats: 50 (Fifty)

MEET Exam eligibility-

Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) Degree or any other equivalent qualification from recognized University with at least 55 percent marks

However there shall be a relaxation of 5 percent marks in favour of SC / ST / OBC and other reserved category of Applicants as defined by the state govt.

Candidates appearing in the qualifying examination can also apply.

Applicant’s age should not be less than 17 years for this exam.

MEET Entrance Test Fee:

Rs 1000/- through separate demand draft (DD) in favour of Controller of Examinations, Patna University.

Prospectus and Application Form: Rs 500/-Only, in cash or by demand draft (DD) in favour of “Head Department of Education”.

MEET Entrance Exam Pattern

The Test Paper will consist of Four Sections A, B, C & D.

The nature of the Entrance Test (MEET) will be Objective and the Items (read questions) will be of Multiple Choice Type.

Total number of questions will be 100 and each question will carry one mark.

The duration of the Test will be One hour & Forty minutes

The questions will be based on the syllabus of the four core papers of B.Ed. programme of the Patna University.
