1. Matric with Science and Trade Certificate/Diploma in Pharmacy.
2. Permanent Registration Certificate
3. Age: Max 45 years
Experience: 03years desirable

Tentative pay
Rs. 11,500/- Consolidated per month

Documents required
The engagement is purely temporary on contract basis for a period up to 30.06.2014 and does not carry any liability on ONGC for regular appointment at any stage.

(a) Name (b) Father's name (c) Date of Birth (d) Full Postal Address and Phone Numbers (e) E-mail Address (f) Whether SC/ST/OBC (Submit certificate from the Competent Authority) (g) Qualification (h) Permanent Registration Certificate (i) Experience, if any (j) Signature. (k) One Passport size Photograph.

One set of attested photocopies of educational qualification, Registration Certificate, date of birth certificate, category and experience if any certificate etc. along with originals for verification.
