The CMJ University offers Phd in Law program of minimum 3 years duration and maximum 5 years.

Phd in Law program

Duration: Two to Five Years.

Eligibility:

Master's Degree in the relevant subject. Those having M.Phil Degrees will be preferred.

Selection:

The Ph.D. Scholars are selected on the basis of an Entrance Examination conducted by the CMJ University at different locations in India

The entrance exam is conducted in the last week of June and December every year.

Admission:

The selected candidates will be required to submit a synopsis in consultation with his/her Research Supervisor/Guide.

Based on the clearance from the Research Board of the University, the Research Scholar will start researching on the notified topic.

FEE :

The selected candidates will be required to pay the tuition and other fee as mentioned below :

Admission and Registration Fee Rs. 5,000.00
University Development Fee Rs. 2,000.00
Tuition, Guidance and Monitoring Fee (Payable in 2 Installments) Rs. 1,20,000.00
Total Rs. 1,27,000.00

Identity card fee Rs. 200

Fees must be paid by demand draft in the name of "CMJ University" payable at Shillong. University will not be responsible for students paying by any other way.
