Rajasthan University, Jaipur invites online applications from for direct admission into Ph.D programmes in different subjects for the academic year 2017.

PhD eligibility criteria-

Post-Graduation /Master Degree in related stream with minimum 55% marks from the university or any other university /institution recognized as equivalent.

There will a relaxation of 5% in the minimum eligibility to the applicants belonging to SC/ST/Physically Handicapped and Visually Impaired Categories.

PhD Selection Procedure

Candiudates are required to clear UNIRAJ-MPAT exam conducted by the University.

UNIRAJ-MPAT Exceptions-

The applicants who have qualified CSIR/ UGC NET Exam or INSPIR/ SLET Exam and Teacher fellowship holders

Candidates who were selected in M.Phil through UNIRAJ-MPAT and have passed their M.Phil Exam

Teacher candidate selected on a substantive basis by duly constituted selection committee as per the University Grant Commission qualification with two years of continuous service (including probation period) in any University Teaching Department or affiliated colleges of any University on regular pay scale
