Adult Photo ID Cards requirements :

Age :
18 and older only

Prove for citizenship or legal status by giving one (1) of the following documents :

U.S. Birth Certificate

Naturalization Certificate/Certificate of Citizenship

Valid U.S. Passport

Permanent Resident Card

Prove identity and Morris County residency by giving a valid New Jersey Driver’s License or two (2) of the following documents:

Valid Library Card

Work ID with recognizable photo

Voter Registration Card

Auto Registration

A recent mailing (within 6 months) to home address.
