Pondicherry Industrial Promotion Development and Investment Corporation Limited (PIPDIC) was set up by the Government of Puducherry in 1974 for promoting the Industrial Development of Puducherry and providing financial assistance to entrepreneurs.

The objective of Pondicherry Industrial Promotion Development and Investment Corporation Limited (PIPDIC) is development of Industrial Estates, aiding, counselling, protecting and promoting the interests of Industries in Puducherry.

PIPDIC is having 5 industrial estates and an IT Park.
