HCL Technology conducts on-campus and off-campus for fresher who pass out B.Tech and MCA.

Eligibility criteria

Candidates who have hold B.E/ B.Tech/ M.E/ M.Tech/ M.C.A (Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical, IT, IS)/ B.Sc (Computer Science, Mathematics, Electronics, Statistics, IT)/ BCA degree / Diploma can apply for campus drive of company.

You must maintain 65% in 10th class, 12th standard, Degree and Post graduation (if applicable) with no standing arrears or backlogs.

No backlogs are allowed.

Candidates who drop more than two years are not allowed.

Candidates must have Good Communication Skill.

a) MCA + Engineering-

Branches: Computer Science, IT, Electronics & Electrical, Electronics & Instrumentation, Electronics & Communications

b) BCA+BSC:

Branches: Maths, Science, Computer Science, Electronics

For Campus Recruitment Throughout in all exams such as 10th, 12th, all engineering semesters Minimum 60% marks are needed and for off campus recruitment minimum requirement is 65% marks throughout in all examination.

Selection Process:

Firstly, elimination tests includes logical ability, quantitative ability and English language skills.

Candidates who qualify these test, will lead you to technical and then HR round of interview.

In technical round of interviews, company give major emphasis on knowledge of engineering subjects, C, C++, Java, .Net and based on what you’ve mentioned in resume.
