RFP or Request for Proposal is a kind of application or part of apply for an tender and one more thing information contained in a Request for Proposal Document (RFP Document) or subsequently provided to Bidder/s, whether verbally or in documentary form by or on behalf of the Punjab National Bank or any of their representatives, employees or advisors (collectively referred to as ― Bank Representatives), is provided to Bidder(s) on the terms and conditions set out in this RFP Document and any other terms and conditions subject to which such information is provided.

RFP Document Purpose is to provide the Bidder with information to assist the formulation of their Proposal, but RFP Document is not an agreement and is not an offer or invitation by the Bank Representatives to any party other than the entities who are qualified to submit their Proposal (Bidders).
