Hello sir, my brother wants to open a Public Provident Fund account in Yes bank. Can any one here provide me detail for to open an account of Public Provident Fund in Yes bank? Yes, this yea bank is having facility to open a PPF accounts. This bank is also open Current accounts, savings accounts, term deposits, recurring deposits and all other deposit accounts. PPF Account by far is the most trusted savings account. Although there were fluctuations in the interest rate for the last 2 – 3 years but it looks like PPF Account has the all-time favourite because the interest rate is now linked to bond yields in the secondary market. Documents required to Open Account Documents Passport Pan Card Driving License Election Card Photo ID Debit/Credit Card Bank Account Employers Letter stating Mailing Address Ration Card Aadhar Card Self Signed Cheque Carry original documents to the bank for verification Documents should be self-attested Once the account is opened, an account passbook is issued to you. All transactions on your account are updated in this passbook. The passbook is required for claiming tax deduction under Section 80C of IT Act.
