Prepare SSC Board Exams

I am from Hyderabad. I am in SSC Class of AP State Board. The Time Table for SSC Class Annual Exams of AP State Board has released, so I want to start preparation. Please give important tips to prepare for Annual Exam. If you have previous year question papers, so pls provide it.
