In the order to change college in the 2nd year you must have to satisfy the eligibility conditions for the Migration to other college. The eligibility conditions are as given below:

• You have completed your first year of B.tech from a recognized College or University.
• You don’t have any backlog left in the first year.
• Your rank in the Entrance test must be higher than the cut-off rank of that college
• both colleges (previous and new) should be of same university
