Procedure for Chartered Accountant (CA)
What is the Procedure for completion of Chartered Accountant (CA) course?? Well minimum qualification required to pursue CA course is 10+2 Pass Three stages during Chartered Accountancy course Foundation course Intermediate Final CA course Steps to become a Chartered Accountant (CA) after 12th -Firstly you should register with the Board of Studies at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) for the Common Proficiency Test (CPT). -The registration has to be done 60 days prior to appearing for the exam. - You can also enrol for CPT after passing the class 10 exam itself. -After passing the +2 examination or a recognised equivalent examination, you can write the CPT Exam -After susseccfull completion of CPT, you are eligible to register for the Integrated Professional Competence Course (IPCC). -You have the option of choosing Group I and/or Group II. -You are required to appear for the Group I and/or Group II examinations. -Graduates with 50 per cent marks in subjects (Auditing and Commercial, Accounting, or Mercantile Law) and graduates in other disciplines with 55 per cent marks can directly register for the IPPC course without appearing for the foundation course. -On passing both the groups or Group I alone of Integrated Professional Competence Examination (IPCE), you can register as Articled Assistant for a three year period. - You can join the CA final course while serving as Articled Assistant. -During the last 12 months of articled training, You will have to undergo a 15 day course on General Management and Communication Skills (GMCS). -You can take the final examination on completion of the three year articled training or while serving the last six months of the training.
