Re: Procedure for LEET Entrance Exam and date

Lateral Entry Entrance Test (LEET) is entrance exam for those who want to take admission in engineering colleges through Lateral Entry.

Presently, The LEET Exam dates are not release by the Haryana State technical Education Society. But most probably the exam will conducted in month of May.

To apply for the Haryana LEET Exam, you need to apply online at official website of the Haryana State technical Education Society with all required documents and application fee

After applying for the LEET exam, you need to write the LEET exam.

The LEET exam contains questions form following sections

Mathematics or Biology
Chemistry

Part A
a-1 Mathematics 8 Questions

a-3 Chemistry 3 Questions

Units and Dimensions with Dimensional analysis and their Limitations.
Motion in one and two dimensions and Newton’s Laws of Motion.

Properties of matter i.e. Elasticity, surface tension and viscosity in fluid motion.
Waves and vibration, Characteristics of waves and simple Harmonic motion.
Rotational motion, Conservation of angular momentum.
Gravitation, Newton’s law of gravitation, Kepler’s law and Satellite.
Heat and temperature, measurement of temperature and mode of transfer of heat and their laws.
Geometric optics and simple optical instruments.
