Process:

Open website of PTET .
That looks as :

When application process for PTET exam will open you get a link related to registration for PTET exam at left side of page .

Click on that link .

You move to next page there fill registration form .

Make payment of fee .

Make login and complete the application process .

Take print out of the filled in application from for future reference.
