HRM is a set of policies, practices and programs aimed at personnel and organization’s performance.
HRM is also defined as the process of management which develop and manage human elements of any enterprises

Functions of HRM:
Acquisition
Recruitment. (Encouraging people to apply for job)
Selection. (most suitable ones are selected)
Socializing. (Introduce new comer with the organization) (Induction or orientation)

Development
Training. (it is more related with technical term)
Development. – Development refers with the overall improvement of the organization and employee as well.
Career management.

Motivation
creating job satisfaction among the employees.
provide proper appraised to the employees according to this performance.
Compensation (wages, salary, incentives and peeks etc) should be according to their ability and the characteristic of the job they are performing.
