Department of Management Sciences, Savitribai Phule Pune University (PUMBA) believes in the philosophy of learning by working on real life challenges.

One learns management by applying the conceptual knowledge earned through rigorous training sessions in business-like situations.

These are simulated on campus by the innate work culture and result driven principles that have become synonymous with PUMBA.

Eligibility
One must have passed with minimum 50% marks or equivalent CGPA (45% in case of backward class and persons with disability) in any bachelor’s degree awarded by any University.

Process
PUMBA strictly follows the DTE rules for its admission process of MBA++.

For Maharashtra candidates, students have to qualify MH-CET exam.

For Outside Maharashtra Candidates (OMS), students can apply through CAT/MAT/ ATMA/XAT/MH-CET.

For Open & OMS Category Rs.65,000/-
OBC Category Rs. 32,500/-
SC, ST, SBC, DT/ VJ, NT 1,NT2 ,NT 3 Category – No Fees

Documents required to Submit

a) Admission form and Eligibility form duly filled.
b) 2 Xerox copies of the Fee Receipt, as issued at the time of taking provisional admission.
c) 2 Xerox copies of Passing Certificate and Graduation Mark sheet
d) 2 Xerox copies of Caste Certificate, Caste Validity and Non-Creamy Layer
Certificate, as applicable are compulsory.
e) 2 Xerox copies of Transfer Certificate
f) 2 Xerox copies of Gap Certificate if applicable (Required if there is a gap in education)
g) 2 Xerox copies of Migration Certificate (not applicable for graduates passing from Savitribai Phule Pune University)

Specializations offered in 5 functional areas: Marketing, Finance, Systems, Human Resource, and Operations.

Four Cafeteria Elective Courses (2-Interdisciplinary/ General and 2-Specialization related to be selected from a pool of such courses announced by the department).
Continuous Evaluation and Assessments

The first two trimesters prepare a strong base in various subjects such as Finance, Marketing, Systems, Human Resource, Operations as well as Communications Skill, Information Technology, Quantitative Skills, etc.
