From year 1960 onwards, the Association of Old Boys of PEC was known as PECOBA ( Punjab Engg College Old Boys Association) and its main activities were confined to holding AGM during Feb/March and its Life Membership Fee was automatic transfer of Students Store Funds to PECOBA.

The primary objective of PECOSA is to promote and inspire a feeling of fraternity amongst all the old students and strengthen the link and tie of friendship amongst the present students, members of teaching staff of PEC University of Technology and Old Students (Alumni) and take all steps in achievements of its primary objectives.
