Hello sir, in want to fill UPCPMT exam form. But I was no founded this form. My friend was told me that the form is available of Punjab national bank branch in lucknow. Tell me name of Punjab National Bank branches in Lucknow from where to get UPCPMT forms?

The application form for UPCPMT can be obtained directly from the Head Post Offices of all Districts of Uttar Pradesh and at two Districts of Uttarakhand State i.e. Dehradun and Nainital. Application form for UPCPMT can also be obtained from the Punjab national bank branches. The application forms for the Uttar Pradesh Combined Pre Medical Test are available at the following areas of Lucknow GPO, Gomti Nagar, Nirala Nagar Go to the following areas of branches of Punjab National Bank for the UP CPMT application form. Details of UPCPMT: UPCPMT Eligibility Criteria: Age: Candidate must be at least 17 years of age. Education: Candidate must have passed higher secondary examination or Indian certificate examination after a period of 12 years of study. Candidate must have studied Physics, Chemistry, Biology or any other elective subject. Submission of forms: Submit the form of OMR Sheets to Chairman CPMT-2008 University of Lucknow – 226 007 Candidates can send form through Speed/Registered Post only, not through Courier or directly in the University. |
