The qualified individual ought to be retired officer in the rank of Chief General Manager /General Manager/Deputy General Supervisor of any scheduled commercial bank other than Punjab and Sind Bank.

The qualified individual ought to have fundamental introduction in working of more than three zones of operations in managing an account, for example, general banking, credit, forex operations, treasury, government business, merchant banking, credit card operations etc.

The arrangement of Chief Customer Service Officer might be made at first for a time of 3 years subject to most extreme age of 65 years.
