I have done 12th in PCM and now I want to join Punjab Technical University (PTU) , Jodhpur for B.Tech (Civil Engineering) . Please tell me on which base it takes admission ? Provide me seat matrix for outsiders of Rajasthan . Kindly provide me Application Form of PTU , Jodhpur so I will apply for it soon .
