Eligibility for GPSC examination
Candidates must have passed graduation from recognized university or college.

A citizen of India , subject of Nepal and bhutan can apply for same .

Candidates must be in between the age of 21 to 28 years

Relaxation in age is provided by the governemnt for Categories of Candidates that belongs to SC/ST or OBC as follows :
SC /ST - 5 years
Reserved category women - 10 years
General Women - 5 years

Exam consist of two parts with objective type question
Part-I General Studies with 150 marks
Part-II Selected subject 200 marks

Main Examination

Part-I Gujarati with 200 marks
Part-II English with 200 marks
Part-III General Studies with 200 marks
Part IV & V Two Selected subjects with 200 marks each

Interview with 100 marks
