->The subjects that you have taken should be known by you in depth and a deep knowledge will surely get you into the IAS.

->To be an you should have a persuasion power so that you can persuade people.

->You must be having leadership qualities and be passionate about IAS.

->You need to be Decisive in Approach as Quick decisions are needed on A Regular Basis In Civil Services.

->You need to Pursue Bit of Intelligence Quotient also that Allows Him to Understand Complex Situations and Helps Him Analyze Weather an Agreement Will Be beneficial Or Not.

->Candidates must be of Diplomatic nature which is important to handle the situations that may arise in daily basis

->Candidates must possess self confidence, self assuredness, initiative, enterprise, drive, dash, push, motivation, courage, pluck, guts, promptness to take decisions, determination
