The MBA (Service Excellence) builds on essential business management modules, with a strong emphasis on service excellence and quality.

Entry Requirements

An undergraduate degree from an approved university, plus at least two years professional full-time work experience

Applications from mature candidates without an undergraduate degree accept provided they can demonstrate a minimum of five years professional management experience

English ability equivalent to an IELTS score of 6.5, for overseas candidates who have not previously studied in English

Duration

This course is expected to be completed within 2.5 years.

However, online distance learning students have flexibility in setting their own pace of study, which means that the course can be completed in a minimum period of 1.5 years.
