I heard that Research Design and Standards Organisation (RDSO) have published Technical Circular for Haulage capacity of Conventional Electric Locomotives under Dry/Wet Weather condition on different gradients & speed. Would you please tell me from where will I get that Circular and whom should I contact for it?
