Regional Telecom Training Centre (RTTC), Mysore is one of the pioneer Telecom Training Centre's in India serving for the training needs on different fields like Telecommunication, Finance Management, Computers, Civil, Electrical, Customer Relations, GSM, 3G, IT and ITES to different level of executives of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited, from different parts of the country.
BSNL has entered into a MoU with AICTE to assist the technical institutions/ engineering colleges across the country, to respond to the need of providing state of art telecom equipment based operational skills to engineering graduates under the Employability Enhancement Training Program (EETP) of AICTE.

A wide variety of Telecommunication equipments are installed in the training centre required for covering most of the topics of induction and refresher courses. The equipment installed are CDOT 256 port, CDOT SBM, SBM MBM, Broad Band, MLLN, SDH and others. 4 well equipped computer labs with a wide variety of software. Microwave systems of 2 GC 13 GC, 34 MB and 140 MB OFC systems, ISDN, SDH, GSM etc.,
