Registering For the GMAT
Hello sir I am Rahul and I want to register myself for GMAT exam so will you please tell me what is the eligibility criteria required for this Examination??

Graduate Management Admission Test is a computer adaptive test conducted by Graduate Management admission council to test analytical, quantitative, verbal, reading and writing skills in written English that will be used to get admission in a graduate management program, such as an MBA in the various universities across the world which accepts GMAT score. Eligibility Criteria for GMAT: The eligibility criteria for the GMAT exam have not been officially stated by Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC), but the candidates must possess the following qualification to take admission in the MBA programme of foreign university. -Candidate must be a graduate from a recognized board or university -Candidate must be proficient in English Language. -The candidate must be minimum 18 years of age. -There is no upper age limit to take the GMAT exam. Application Fees The candidates appearing for the exam have to pay the exam fee which is USD 250 Exam Pattern The GMAT exam is a computer adaptive test, for the time duration of 3.5 hours, if the candidate will answer the first question correctly, than the difficulty level of the 2nd question will increase and if the first question answered by the candidate is incorrect than the 2nd question will be of less difficulty. The GMAT questions will be asked from Analytical writing Assessment, Integrated Reasoning, Quantitative and verbal Aptitude. The question paper will be divided into four sections and the total time allowed to write the exam is 3.5 hours. GMAT Content and Format The GMAT test has three distinct sections which are: -Analytical Writing Ability (AWA), where two short essays are required to be written down within one hour. They are both analysis done on an issue & an argument respectively. -Quantitative section deals with problem solving & data sufficiency question segments, 37 questions in totality. It basically deals with mathematical problems of class X level. -Verbal segment is divided in three types dealing with sentence correction, critical reasoning, & reading comprehension with 41 queries to be answered. |
