Indian institute of space science and technology was inaugurated in the year 2007 from the Vikram Sarabhai Space centre (VSRC). In the order to get research job in IIST, you need to fulfill following eligibility conditions:

Eligibility:
The applicant should have completed M.Sc in Atmospheric Science/Meteorology/ Physics with minimum 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA on 10 Scale with good academic record.


Age limit:
28 years as on August 1, 2014. Relax able for sc/st/obc.


Selection procedure:
The selection will be based on the marks obtained in the written examination which is followed by the personal interview.
