GCET or Goa CET 2016 is a state level examination conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE). It is done online and in English only for admissions to the first year of Professional Degree courses of Medical (MBBS), Engineering, Architecture, Technology and Homeopathy in the State of Goa.

GCET 2016 Selection Process

One must have appeared and obtained valid score at the Goa Common Entrance Test GCET 2016 conducted by Government of Goa for the year of admission.

One must have at least GCET score of 50% (40% in case of SC/ ST/ OBC and 45% for applicants belonging to PH category) for Medicine and Dentistry Degree courses
