Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS), centered in Bangalore, India, is a public, unitary university set up in 1996 by the government of Karnataka, India, for the regulation and promotion of higher education.

Procedure for Migration Transfer of BDS students:

Migration Transfer of B.D.S. students from one college to another as detailed below:

No Objection Certificate should be obtained by candidates seeking Migration Transfer from the colleges / University concerned.

Migration transfer to be avoided in the middle of a academic year and in any case before completion of B.D.S. examination.

A student can be transferred against similar category of seat in which he has originally admitted i.e., Free to Free seat, Payment to Payment seat and Management to Management seat etc.,

The transferor college will not be entitled to make any admission against the seat falling vacant on account of Migration Transfer.

Application filed by a student seeking Migration Transfer from one college to another shall be entertained and disposed only by the Syndicate of the University after judicially deliberating on the grounds set out by a student seeking migration and pass a reasoned order.
