Quantitative

Compliance

Markets Risk


These programs hire associates into challenging and valuable assignments within Global Risk Management

Quantitative Management—
This is a two-year rotational program that focuses on the application of quantitative methods to solve complex business challenges.
Candidate will gain real, in-depth experience and be provided micro and macro views of risk management for the bank.

General Risk Management—
This two-year rotational program provides associates with a solid
understanding of the core roles and responsibilities of Global Risk
Management, while developing a broad range of skills that are applicable
throughout much of the corporation.

Through data analysis, business applications and research applicant will learn
how to optimize the risk/reward trade-off in a financial institution.

Compliance Management—


By this two-year rotational program you will learn how to effectively identify,
escalate and mitigate emerging and existing risks for the bank.

Compliance is at the core of our company’s culture and is a key component
of risk management discipline.

Markets Risk Management—

This is direct-placement program that is designed to develop and coach
analytical and quantitative talent to be deployed as a Risk Analyst with the
Global Markets Risk organization.



Locations:
Rotations are based on business need and may include placements in Charlotte, NC and New York, NY
