Entry Standards Educational Criteria
1. A pass in Senior Secondary Examination (10+2) or its equivalent from any Govt. recognised Board ( passed in first attempt )
2. Minimum 60% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM).
3. Minimum 50% marks in English either in Class X or Class XII.

Age : Below 25 years.

Medical Examination:
Must be found medically fit by Directorate General of Shipping (DGS) approved Doctors identified by the Institute.

Eye Sight :
1. Shall be neither "colour blind" nor "night blind".
2. Power for each eye is permitted upto ± 2 for B.S.(ME) Students.

After submission of application form online, the candidate will be enabled to appear for Psychometric Test online by the institute

The Psychometric test will have three parts:
