The objective of of Dr.Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University is to advance and disseminate learning and knowledge of law and legal processes and their role in national development.

It aims to develop in the student and research scholar a sense of responsibility to serve society in the field of law by developing skills in regard to advocacy, Judicial and other legal services, legislation, law reforms in the existing laws and the like.


RMLNLU Vice Chancellor

Prof. Bhatnagar is the current Vice-Chancellor of Dr.Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University. He has a long teaching and administrative experience. He has completed his LLM from Kurukshetra University and Ph.D. in Law from Rohtak University, Haryana.


Based on his long teaching and research experience he has contributed in many reputed institutions of national repute like- members of the Academic bodies of Himachal National Law University and Assam National Law University, member of the Academic Bodies of Universities at Delhi, AMU, Silchar (Assam), Jammu, Patna, Asansol (West Bengal), Bhopal, Sirsa (Haryana), Nainital (Uttrakhand), Allahabad University and Karnawati Univ. (Gujarat)
