Rajasthan Pre Engineering Test (RPET) exam is now replaced by JEE Main exam. The Colleges that were accept RPET scores now accept the JEE Main scores.

JEE Main is a national level entrance test conducted by CBSE for admission to Engineering, Architecture and other technological courses offered by various government, private and centrally funded institutions including the NITs and IIITs.

JEE (Main) Eligibility Criteria-

10+2 or its equivalent examination from a recognized board with PCM group with minimum 50%.

Those appearing in 10+2 (Class XII) final or equivalent examination may also apply

The general and OBC candidates must born on or after 1st October 1991 and the SC/ST/PwD candidates must born on or after 1st October 1986.

JEE (Main) Exam Pattern

JEE (Main) Exam consists of two papers:

Paper-1 of JEE (Main) will be conducted in two separate modes i.e. Offline (Penand Paper Based Examination) mode and Online (Computer Based Examination) mode.

Paper-2 of JEE (Main) will be conducted only in Pen and Paper based examination mode. A candidate will opt for either Pen or Paper Based or Computer Based examination modes for Paper-1 only.
