JEE (Joint Entrance Exam) Main 2016 Counselling & Seat Allotment will be conducted by the JOSAA. In 2015, representatives from Joint Admission Board (JAB) and Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB) has formed Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA), authority for conducting joint counselling for admissions to IITs, ISM Dhanbad, NITs, IIITs and GFTIs (Government Funded Technical Institutes).

After the score cards are out, the counseling will begin for remaining candidates and it will go as per 1st round seats allotment then 2nd and last will be 3rd.
