RPMT Pattern
First time I will appear in Rajasthan Pre Medical Test (RPMT) so can any one tell me about its exam pattern , so can you tell me about the same ??

Rajasthan Pre Medical Test (RPMT) is the state level entrance test for the aspirants who wish to pursue medical courses like MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BUMS, Pharmacy, etc. Rajasthan Pre Medical Test (RPMT) conducted by the Rajasthan University of Health Sciences (RUHS) for admission to the private and government medical colleges of the state. Rajasthan Pre Medical Test (RPMT) exam pattern Rajasthan Pre Medical Test includes 200 objective type questions (50 questions each of Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology) of 4 marks each. Each question shall have four options to answer. There shall be no negative marking. Exam Type Objective type Question Type Multiple choice. Motion in one and two dimensions - Motion in one and two dimensions uniform and non-uniform motion circular motion (horizontal and vertical) Dynamics of rigid bodies - center of mass ( two particle system and rigid body) translantory and roratory motion of rigid body moment of inertia radius of gyration kinetic energy of relation ,torque, angular acceleration ,angular momentum parallel and particular axes theorems inertia of ring disc and sphere . Unit-2 conservation laws- work energy and power, work energy and theorem conservation of liner momentum, energy and angular momentum elastic collusion in one and two dimension. Gradation - Newton’s law of gravitation, gravitation constant acceleration due to gravity g and its variation with height and depth latitude and rotation of earth satellite motion Indian satellite escape velocity. Surface tension and viscosity cohesive and advice forces surface energy and surface tension angle of contact access pressure in side in soap bubble and soap capillarity rise method, application of surface tension viscosity, Bernoulli principle and its applications. Unit - 3 Kinetic theory of gases - ideal gas and its paper root mean square velocity and its Interpretation degrees of freedom specific heats of monatomic and diatomic gases (Cp and Cv). Thermodynamics - Zeroth law and concept of temperature ,first law of Thermodynamics ,isothermal, isobaric, and adiabatic processes second law of thermo dynamics carnot heat engines and its efficiency . Radiation - Thermal radiation krichoff’law ,Stefan’s law Newton’s law of cooling Spectral distribution of black body radiation wein’s displacement law solar constant surface surface of sun . Unit -4 Oscillation - periodic motion, simple harmonic motion and its equation displacement velocity acceleration Kinetic and potential energy in SHM spring mass system and compound pendulum Waves - sound waves and its characteristic progressive waves interference beats stationary in air columns strings effect of medium and temperature on velocity of sound waves Doppler Effect in sound and light waves . Unit- 5 Rays optic - Reflection and reflection of light , total internal reflection spherical mirrors lenses lens formula refraction and dispersion of light in a prism scatting of light in atmosphere microscope telescope and Raman effect ,contributions of Indian scientists in astronomical sciences.
