Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC), Allahabad has released a notification for recruitment of Group ‘C’ & ‘D’ categories against Scouts & Guides Quota for the year 2017-18.

1. Group C: 02 Posts
2. Group D: 06 Posts

Eligibility criteria-

Candidates should have minimum Intermediate or equivalent examination passed with 50% aggregate from any recognized Board/ University for S.No1

10th pass or ITI or equivalent examination passed from any recognized Board for S.No-2 Posts.

Age Limit:

Candidates age limit should be between 18 to 28 years for S.No-1

18 to 31 years for S.No-2 Posts.

Age relaxation is 5 years for SC/ ST, 3 years for OBC, 10 years for Physically handicapped candidates as per rules.

Selection Process:

Candidates will be selected based on applicants performance in written test & Scoutting Skill Assessment.

Examination Fee:

Candidates required to pay Rs.500/- for all candidates, Rs.250/- for candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ Ex serviceman/ Persons with disabilities (PWDs), Women, Minorities and Economic Backward classess
