Job Profile of the Commerical Clerk I in RRB :

The duties of a train clerk include
- checking number of coaches and wagons in the railway yard.
- preparing documents like VG (vehicle guidance)
- Entering related information into railway network terminals
- Receiving and giving information related to train working, maintenance of registers and related functions of working of trains.

Eligibility Required for the post :

Matriculation or its equivalent with not less than 50% marks in aggregate.
SC/ST/ExsM/ PWD candidates who have passed matriculation can apply irrespective of marks obtained by them in matriculation.

About the Examination :
The questions will be of objective type with multiple answers

Sections of the Examination
General Awareness, Arithmetic, General Intelligence and reasoning and Language General Hindi / General English.

The question paper will be in English , Hindi, Urdu and Local languages and duration of the exam will be 90 minutes with approximetely 100 to 120 questions.

Selection Procedure :
Selection is made on the basis of two stage written exam.
