Sail Management Trainee Written Test Questions

I have completed my UG degree and want to apply for the Steel Authority of India (SAIL) as a management trainee. Will you tell me what the selection process and test pattern of this MT exam of SAIL also provide me sample papers so that I get to know about test question pattern?

Steel Authority of India (SAIL) is one of the steel manufacturing enterprise that was established in 1954, the company has nine manufacturing units across India.

The company every year they hire management trainees for whom they provide training for a period of time and place them in various positions.

Selection Process:

You will have to appear in the written exam and qualify to be invited for interview and Group Discussion. Final Merit List will be announced after considering performance in the written test and GD Interview Sessions.

Test pattern:


Technical and Administration Knowledge Test 100 Maximum Marks in 75 minutes Total timing will be given

Aptitude Exam Test of 25 marks each.

Quantitative aptitude Math’s 25 marks
Verbal ability 25 marks
Reasoning 25 marks
General awareness on latest current affairs

Total 200 Marks

Following are the criteria for organizing interview of such candidates as have been selected from the promotion to officer’s grade from assistant grade in the PRS Industrial Group Limited:
The candidate to be called for interview must:
