IBPS is provides salary for scale II candidates those under Institute of Banking Personnel Selection SO:
The Basic pay given is Rs 19,400 700/1- 20,100 – 800/10 – 28,100/- approximately.

During appointment, salary will be Rs. 34,000-40,000 approximately.

After completion of first year, an increment of Rs. 700 will be due on basic pay.

After that increment on basic pay is Rs. 800/- for next 10 years.

Salary for post of Specialist Officer Scale 1 & 2 is:

Officer JMG Scale I: Rs 14500 600/7 18700 700/2 20100 800/7 – 25700/-
Officer MMG Scale II: Rs 19400 700/1 20100 800/10 – 28100/-

IBPS SO Scale 1/2 pay structure is having the basic salary approx. Rs. 28100 & 25700/-.

Under IBPS good salary packages offered for the specialist officer Scale I and Specialist Officer Scale II posts.
