No you will not get Withdrawal of money for application form fee after submitting fee through Demand draft of bank because of rules and regulation of SBI clerk exam fee is non refundable ,there are clearly mention that, the fees is not refundable..

SBI clerical exam details :
Educational Qualifications:
You have to the 12th Class with at least 60% Marks
OR
undergraduate Degree in any disciplines obtained from a recognized university in India (No Percentage is specified for Graduation)

Computer Literacy: you must have the working knowledge of Computers and posses 6 Month Computer Certificate.

Age limit :
You must have completed the age of 18 years and must not be over 28 years
