Re: SC seats in WBJEE
WBJEE (West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination) is a state level common entrance test organized by West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board. As you asking here I am telling The seats reserved for SC/ST/PwD/OBC can only be availed by residents of West Bengal; SC/ST/PwD/OBC candidates from other states are not entitled to avail seats under these provisions.
