I have heard a lot about the School for Media and Cultural Studies, (SMCS) of Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS). Will you tell what courses offered by this school of TISS along with eligiiblity to apply for that course also provide list of research areas of SMCS School of TISS? The School for Media and Cultural Studies, (SMCS) is a part of the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) in India, engaged in media teaching, film production, research and dissemination. Courses offered: MA in Media and Cultural studies The M.A. Media and Cultural Studies aims at honing the skills of media production and research. Eligibility A Bachelor’s Degree of a minimum of 3 years duration or its equivalent (under the 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 or 10+2+2+1 year bridge course pattern of study or any other pattern fulfilling the mandatory requirements of 15 years formal education) from a recognised university, in any discipline.
