Symbiosis National Aptitude Test SNAP is a university level exam which is conducted by the Symbiosis University, Pune for admission to management programme offered by the Symbiosis University and its affiliated institutions. SNAP 2016 Exam Important Dates Online registration starts 22nd August, 2016 Last date to register online 25th November, 2016 (Extended) Last date for payment 27th November, 2016 (Extended) Availability of admit card 2nd December, 2016 to18th December 2016 Exam date 18th December, 2016 Result Announcement 9th January 2017 SNAP Eligibility Criteria Graduation in any stream from any recognized university with a minimum of 50% marks (40% in case of SC/ST candidates). NRI/OCI/PIO/FN candidates may also apply for the examination The candidates who have completed their qualifying degree from any foreign university or the institution must obtain the equivalent certificate from the AIU (Association of Indian Universities). SNAP Exam Pattern The SNAP exam will be composed of in four sections like General English (Reading Comprehension, Verbal Reasoning, and Verbal Ability), Quantitative, Data Interpretation & Data Sufficiency, (General Awareness: General Knowledge, Current Affairs, Business Scenario) and Analytical & Logical Reasoning. The maximum marks will be 180 that will be distributed as 40+40+40+60 pattern subsequently. The total number of questions will be 180 in the exam. The duration of the test is 2 hours. All questions will be of multiple type questions. Each correct response will carry 1 mark. Each wrong answer will be punished with 25% negative marks. The candidates will be suggested to use blue or black ball pen only.
